Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of CreatorPlan (the “Service”), operated by Vsevolod Korobchenko, of Kazakhstan (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What CreatorPlan does

CreatorPlan is a software tool that uses artificial intelligence to research a public creator profile you supply and generate monetisation materials from it — a strategy plan, content ideas, a product or course (modules, lessons, worksheets and quizzes), and a launch plan. It can export those materials as files and, where you connect your own third-party account, publish them there.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a paid plan. Do not share your account credentials.

3. Plans and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.

You may cancel at any time; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. AI-generated content — important

Material produced by the Service is generated automatically by AI models and is provided as a starting draft. It may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated figures, or statements that do not reflect your actual experience or results. Any revenue figures, audience estimates or projections are illustrative models, not promises or guarantees of earnings.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying everything before you publish or sell it. You are solely responsible for ensuring your published material is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your audience, and for any claims you make to your own customers.

5. Ownership of your content

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and, as between you and us, of the outputs generated for you. You may use, modify and sell those outputs, including commercially. We claim no royalty or revenue share on anything you sell. We may retain and process your content only as needed to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties to function — including AI providers, web-search and data providers, email delivery, payment processing, and any publishing platform you choose to connect. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control, and your use of a connected platform is governed by that platform's own terms. If you connect a third-party account, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and may impose reasonable usage limits to protect the Service. Generation depends on third-party AI capacity and may occasionally be delayed or unavailable.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service or its output will be accurate, complete, fit for a particular purpose, or that using it will generate income.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, for suspected fraud or abuse, or if required by law. On termination your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) continue to apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice, for example by email or a notice in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
